Although you'll see that we all have our individual talents and areas of responsibility, the governing rule is that we all can and will do whatever needs to be done to keep our clients happy and satisfied with their real estate transaction. There is no time that a client's needs can't be met due to unavailability of their agent. We all are aware of what the others are working on, and can fill in for them without missing a beat. We all keep ourselves informed of available and competing homes, and our buyer clients, looking for matches. We all engage in ongoing educational seminars, making certain we are familiar with relevant laws and stay abreast of current technology. This assures that you, our client, is always given the best service and advice.

Recognizing the individual skills and talents of the Team Members, Pei Lin coordinates their activities resulting in a consistently high level of service. Marketing and promotion are some of Pei Lin's prime responsibilities. She personally films and edits the "home movies" for all our listings. These are prominently featured on our various websites. Financial strategies, contract negotiations, and problem solving round out Pei Lin's skill-set, resulting in someone who can and will get the job done.
